He actually yelled at me!!! So, I was going to upgrade to a product more expensive than my original purchase. I also told him I had been there five minutes before closing. When the guy who waited on me earlier came to let someone out the door, I told him who I was, he told me to come back next day! I explained that I had just called and was told to come on in. I got there 5 minutes before closing, the door was locked, and no one answered the phone. I told them I was on my way, from across town, the guy I spoke with said okay.
